The program will be a mixture of Yiddish wedding songs and dance music, humorous Yiddish vaudeville songs, medititative instrumentals, music from the Shabbos or Yontev liturgy, and songs about Jewish values, peacemaking and social justice. Included in the mix will be a number of songs composed by the band's badkhan / vocalist / fiddler, Yosl Kurland.
Tickets are for a suggested donation of $18 for adults, 5 for students.
We are also looking for sponsors donating $50 or more (includes 2 tickets, a CD and listing in the program) and Patrons donating $100 or more (includes 4 tickets, 2 CDs and listing in the program.

Winter Solstice Celebration
at the Round House in Colrain.
Yosl will tell the story of the Colrain 6th grade class trip to the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC and teach a Yiddish children's song he wrote about how you count people without giving them a number. Yosl will close the evening with his award winning song, Der Moshiakh Vet Ersht Kumen.
